NeuroFedora update: week 49

In week 49:

python-chaospy was pushed to stable and is ready to use. python-pynwb was pushed to stable and is ready to use. python-mne-bids was pushed to stable and is ready to use. python-dipy was pushed to stable and is ready to use. nest was build with libneurosim support and pushed to stable. We can now provide PyNN . The GENESIS simulator, FiPy , Spiking-circus , python-pingouin are all works in progress.

There is a lot of software available in NeuroFedora already. You can see the complete list here on Fedora SCM . Software that is currently being worked on is listed on our Pagure project instance . If you use software that is not on our list, please suggest it to us using the suggestion form .
